Action excerpts from Chapters 1 & 2 of

The Twins Destiny Begins

An unwelcome shadowy figure drifted across the lawn, and Bill knew its very presence meant trouble. But he needed to get his wife, Sylvia, to the hospital as she was going to give birth to their twins, very special twins, so he helped her into their car.

~

‘What happen Bill?’ Sylvia screamed! ‘The windscreen shattered and the front tyre blew out,’ Bill replied, ‘but thank God your airbags didn’t shoot out or it might have killed the twins. ‘I’m going into labour Bill, we need to get an ambulance.’ So Bill phoned.

~
‘We had been out to a false alarm, that’s why we got here so quickly.’ Bill gripped Sylvia’s hand, alarm spreading over his face, as he realized they had locked the ambulance doors. They were trapped! The ambulance then set off at speed careering about, trying to do harm to its passengers.

~

‘They have stopped us on a level crossing,’ Bill said as he grabbed hold of his wife’s  hands. Let’s ask The Gods of the Terrestrial Light for help.  It's our twins that are going to help them’. A brilliant shimmering light filled the ambulance. The cab door catches clicked down and locked. It was the entities that were now locked in. ‘No! NOT US!’ They were gone!

~

Sylvia and Bill found themselves outside the hospital. A porter and nurse came out with a wheelchair. No-one noticed the two little creatures get under the chair. Bill spotted them while the twins were being born. So, having stretched and knotted them together, he bundled them into a spare  pillowcase.

~

An entity in a white smock pretending to be a doctor came in, and asked for the twins. Bill had notice a red glow in his eyes, and handed over the pillowcase. The ‘doctor’ then went to a laundry hatch, but slipped on some of the goblins’ snot from the pillowcase, and slammed up to the wall below the hatch, screaming as two big scaly arms reached out and got him. ‘Aagh!’
