Action excerpts from Chapter 3 of

The Twins Destiny Begins

Bill, Sylvia and their special twins David and Mary were headed for the Forest Valley lake. Bill and David to fish, while Mary and her mum popped off on their fold-up bikes. Their parents were pleased to separate the twins as they had been pestering them as to why this holiday was to be so very special…..

They had only just started fishing when David’s wooden fishing staging collapsed, tipping him into the water. Bill dived in when David didn’t surface, as his son was an excellent swimmer. What he saw horrified him. Two huge rats were wrapping him up in his own strong fishing line. Bill held him up for air.…

Bill realized that the disastrous situation had now become a matter of life or death, for his son, David. Strangely, four magpies who had been watching what was happening, flew off their perches and remarkably dived down towards the water where the evil deed was being played out. And that wasn’t all!

As the magpies were about to hit the water they changed into powerful otters. The entities were no match for the supernatural otters and simply disappeared. The otters then bit through the fishing line wound round David, while Bill held his head above water. The otters then changed back into magpies…..

The path on which Mary and her mum were riding suddenly opened up in front of them and they were thrown into the chasm. The evil gash in the road had water running through it trying to drag them under. Sylvia managed to hold on to Mary and desperately clawed at the side of the hole with her other hand trying to stay up….

Bill drove back on to the main road. He also asked the twins to be patient. He realized everyone had experienced horrific events, but he would give them a full explanation when they reached their holiday cottage. Half way through the valley tunnel their car was suddenly engulfed in a glowing ball of light, then disappeared….
